Anyone watching? Anyone want to picj a winner before the race starts. I looked at the names of the the horses and I base it on whose name I like the best. So I am going with Mo (I heard Uncle Mo and some other name Mo Donegal). My other pick is Simplification.

I'm not, but I haven't watched for a few years when "my" horse, the only filly, broke her leg and had to be put down. But I know Presh is watching.

I forgot about it.

I don't get the paper anymore, so haven't been following it.
Wouldn't miss the First Saturday in May for anything!!!

The horse that won had odds of 80 to 1! Way to go Rich Strike (was that right) ?

I guess he odds makers have been pressured to come up with a reason why they got it so wrong. And the winner will not be running in the Preakness I see, but not the reason why. I guessing he's prepping for another race.

I just heard he's saving him for the Belmont Stakes (June 11th)???

Thanks Presh!

You are welcome! That was funny, as I just heard that and I was going to write that no chance for a Triple Crown winner this year. That always makes the Preakness exciting.

Why doesn't the owner want him to run in all three races?

No idea, how old is he? He may not want to work him too hard if so. He may have long term plans if he's a 2 year old.
